Cricut Easter Craft Projects with Free SVG Files – Mini Easter Basket

My Easter SVG design is the Mini Easter Basket SVG. I designed this to be made with just some cardstock and hot glue! You can download the Free SVG file and find links to the other files below this post. I will also show you how to make this basket in my Video Tutorial!
Here are a few supplies you’ll need:
- Cricut Explore Air 2
- Easter Basket SVG
- Cardstock (3 colors)
- Hot Glue Gun
- ruler / scoring tool
In my video tutorial, I will show you from start to finish how to make my Mini Easter Basket from cardstock. But here are some tips I may have missed in the video. My Basket is 4x4x3.5″ as a finished product. In Design Space the SVG width should be 22.48″.
When weaving the cardstock, make sure to start the first skinny strip OVER then UNDER the second slit.
When scoring the woven basket side, the RED lines is where you are going to SCORE a line to fold the basket. Lines 1 and 9 should be over the first slit. Please refer to image below.
