Looking for a fun Christmas craft or festive DIY ornaments? Well, you come to the right place! I will show you how to create these decorative wooden ornaments using your Cricut machine.
Let’s start creating..
After you download my free SVG bundle, upload the SVG file type. Once it’s in your canvas ungroup the bundle and copy & paste the floral elements 7 more times to make all 8 Christmas ornaments.
Once you have all the supplies and everything cut out and weeded, we can begin to assemble.
Take your wooden ornament and your paint marker and color over the top piece of the ornament. You may also stain or paint your ornament circle but I chose to keep mine the natural wood.
Use your transfer tape to apply one of the Christmas decals to the center of the ornament.
Next apply the red vinyl dots to the brown twigs. (Make sure to keep these organized from the left and right sides).
Next, use craft glue to apply the floral elements to the ornament. I start with the dark green, then the light green and the holly twig on top.
Take the pre-cut twine that comes with the wooden ornaments and loop it through the top hole and tie a knot.
Now you have a beautiful Christmas ornament to hang on your tree!
