Welcome back, today we are going to make Christmas Gift Card Holders! I have designed 4 different fun gift card holders for Christmas! Make DIY Christmas Gift Card sleeves with your Cricut and Cardstock.

These festive gift cards will sure make a hit this Christmas! When in doubt, you can never go wrong with getting your family and friends gift cards! Add a little sparkle with foil or glitter cardstock. I also recommend using buffalo plaid pattern cardstock if you would like to add more character to your Christmas gift card holder.

Here is a list of supplies you will need:

Optional list:

These Christmas Gift Card Holders should fit any standard gift cards. The SVG is presized, however sometimes Cricut Design Space doesn’t upload outside SVG files the correct size. Please make sure the overall SVG file’s width is 20.184 inches. Please refer to the image below.

If you need help finding the SVG with layers please read my Q&A page.

Next, under operations, change all the basic cut lines to score lines and attach to the shape that is underneath.  If you don’t have a scoring stylus, you can manually add score lines with a ruler, see video below.  Cut on Cardstock +.

    1. The SVG might display as a Microsoft edge HTML if you are on a windows computer. Please refer to my Q&A for more details.
SVG is definitely in the zip folder.
Please email if you need more help.

  1. I have it all figured out! I started by cutting out the stocking and it seems way too big. Could you post the size of yours?

    1. Best thing to do is to upload the SVG file that comes in layers and before you ungroup please resize the whole thing to the size I have listed above. Then you can save the project so you don’t have to resize it everything.
Then delete or turn off the eye ball for the layers you don’t need. Thanks

  2. Do you have any advice for cutting the small leaves for the wreath. I’ve tried multiple times (different paper types, pressure) and it is never a clean cut. The paper rips and the leaves are a mess. What type of paper did you use and what setting did you put your Cricut on? Everything else is cutting just fine.

    1. I used Recollection 65lb cardstock. And cutted on CARDSTOCK+ for everything..
Make sure you have a clean semi-sticky mat. Paper usually rips because the mat has tiny debris on it. Use a scrapper to clean mat. And make sure it has enough stickiness. Use blue painters tape to hold cardstock down on mat, so it won’t move. And use a spatula to left it off the mat. Lastly you can try cutting on custom setting, CUSTOM > CARDSTOCK > INTRICATE.
