Layered Paper Mandala for Spring Workshop for Cricut Craftfest

Hey Crafters! If you haven’t heard, I will be a guest speaker at the Cricut Craftfest hosted by Abbi Kirsten, which is only one week away! I’m so excited and honored to be included in this free 5-day event! I will be teaching a workshop for my Layered Paper Mandala for Spring!

The event starts on Feb 21st, 2022.  This workshop is free for all registered users. Each day there will be 5-6 workshop videos that will be available for only 24 hours! In which you can take notes and download the free SVG craft files need for each workshop!

8. Download all the Free SVG’s each day
9. Write down important tips from workshops
10. Be ready to craft each day!

SUPPLY LIST:

•  Cricut machine: Explore Air 2, Explore 3, Maker, Maker 3 or Joy
• Light Grip Mat
• 8.5×11 Cardstock 65lb
• 11×14 wood painting panel
• Cricut Tools
• Foam Tape
• Hot Glue Gun
• Aleene’s Craft Glue
• White Acrylic Paint
• Foam Brush
• Scissors

Tip on locating the SVG file for layers in the download folder during event.

After you download the Zip Folder from the Cricut Craftfest workshop page, you will need to right-click on the folder and click on “Extract All” and select the destination you want for it and click “Extract” and the bottom of the window.  This will lead you to an open folder.

 

If you are on a Windows Pc Computer, sometimes the SVG file will display as a Internet HTML Doc. This file what you want to upload to Cricut Design Space.  Along with the SVG file, there will be, DXF, PNG, EPS files in the folder.  If you uploaded it and it’s a print and cut image and there’s no layers in the layer panel, chances are you upload the PNG image file which is not the correct file to do this type of project.

You want to upload the SVG/HTML Doc file!
