Hey crafting friends! It’s been awhile since my last post. I have been busy busy trying to sell my home and buy a new one, that haven’t had a moment to craft! So I was excited to finally sit down and design this Graduation SVG that you can make with your Cricut and cardstock!
I designed this Congrats Grad Money Sleeve, great for a graduation card/gift! In this post I will show you how to upload it to Cricut Design Space and how to assemble sleeve once it’s cut out.

Let’s get started…
All you need to make my Congrats Grad Money Sleeve is your Cricut, cardstock and Elmer’s Tape Runner!
Once you have my SVG folder downloaded, you must unzip and extract all files. Open up Design Space and upload the SVG file type. BEWARE if you are on a Windows PC the file might display as a Internet HTML Doc. Please refer to image and upload that file for SVG file.
Next, the screen should be displayed as a cut image, just click UPLOAD. If it tells you what type of image it is, then you uploaded the wrong file!
Import the SVG file into your canvas and make sure it is the correct size of 6.675 width. Although I saved my SVG the right size, Design Space doesn’t always upload it the correct size. I designed this sleeve to fit American dollar bills.
This SVG already has scoring line, which are perforation line already in the design. No perforation blade needed. SVG design is ready to cut once it is the correct size. You can change the color if you like.
Use your Cricut spatula to lift up you cardstock while you bend back your mat.
Fold your tabs down all the perforation lines. Then apply a strip of your Elmer’s Tape Runner.
Next, lay the top design directly over your tabs that are folded in.
Now you have a complete Congrats Grad money sleeve.
I hope you enjoyed this Congrats Grad Money Sleeve tutorial! It felt great to be crafting again! Make sure to download the free Graduation SVG today, I’m sure any graduate would love some cash!
