DIY Teacher Gift Card Holders with Cricut

Welcome back Crafters! I have a project that your school teachers will love! With Teacher Appreciation Week coming up in May, these gift card holders will definitely make a fun gift!
In this SVG bundle I include a Notebook Coffee Cup, a Mini Laptop and a No. 1 Teacher Pencil. Which are all made from cardstock, vinyl and using the print and cut feature on Cricut Design Space.
In this tutorial I will should you how to set up the SVG file in Cricut Design Space. Please watch my tutorial video for full instructions on how to make these Teacher Gift Card Holders.
Here is a list of supplies you will need:
- Cricut Machine
- Teacher Gift Card Holders SVG
- Cardstock (8.5×11)
- Vinyl
- Printer
- craft glue or double-sided tape
- scoring stylus or ruler
To get started, upload the SVG file to Design Space and make sure it is the correct size. The over-all SVG width should be 14.36 inches. If it is not that size, please resize it.
Here is a view of how the the file should look after you follow all my steps in my video below. Each red arrow is pointing to items you need to prep. Like changing the cut lines to score lines, flattening of layers together. You will also have to attach the layers of No. 1 Teacher and the rulers black lines.
Here is the Notebook Coffee Cup SVG size: W 7.19 x H 5.23. Along with all the pieces cut out.
Here is the No. 1 Teacher SVG size: W 6.78 x H 5.54. Along with all the pieces cut out.
Here is the Mini Laptop SVG size: W 8.45 x H 6.615. Along with all the pieces cut out.
