Bunny Treat Bag Instructions
Once you gather all your supplies, you can print my Bunny Bag Template on white cardstock. For best printing results, change your printer setting to a “High Quality Print”. Download this free printable at the end of this post!
Next, use scissors to cut out all shapes on the printable. Be sure to cut to edge for a flawless design!
After all pieces are cut, fold your paper bag in half vertically, with the bottom of the bag on the inside of the fold.
Place the bunny bag template over the folded bag, lining the fold edge with the template folded side line. Then you can trace along the dotted edges using a pencil. (Your template may look different, as I updated template for accuracy).
Next, remove template, and cut along the pencil lines using scissors.
Unfold the bunny bag and use craft glue to add the bunny face to the front of the brown paper bag. Tip: place the bunny face towards the bottom of the bag in the center.
For the carrot gift tags, use a hole punch to add the bag.
Use a 20inch piece of twine to tie on the Happy Easter tag and to close the bunny bag shut. Place the twine around the slits under the bunny ears.
If you prefer, cut a 20 inch long ribbon as well to add a cute decorative bow to the bunny bag.
Lastly, don’t forget to add a cotton ball to the back of the bag for the bunny’s cottontail!
Easter Carrot Gift Tag
In my free printable for the Bunny Bag, I include two carrot gift tags, one with Happy Easter and another left blank. For the blank tag, you can add a personalized note or name to the gift! I love how it looks with this white gel pen!
