Tips for making Easter Bird Nest Cookies
I like to make my Easter Bird Nest Treats in two batches. This way I don’t have to worry about my chocolate getting hard before I’m done creating the bird nest. If your chocolate hardens before used, you may place it back in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Make sure to add chocolate eggs immediately after you shaped the nest, to make sure they get stuck in place.
To give your birds next cookie a Reese’s flavor, you may add a half-cup of creamy peanut butter to chocolate before melting.
How to store Easter Treat
You can store them in an air-tight container in a cool place for 3-4 days. No refrigeration needed.
I hope this recipe for Birds Nest Cookies has inspired you to add a delightful touch to your festivities. Whether you’re baking with family, preparing goodies for an Easter gathering, or simply indulging in some sweet delights, these cookies are sure to bring smiles and joy to all who taste them. With their crunchy texture, rich chocolate flavor, and adorable presentation, Birds Nest Cookies are not just a treat for the taste buds but also a charming addition to your Easter table. Thank You Thank you for this (forgotten) holiday treat from my own childhood! I’m making a batch for my grandson who wants to share Easter with us this year, and I’ll have him take some with me to the neighbors as a treat for them as well! Happy Easter to you!
That sounds so nice, great little memory for you and your grandson to enjoy!
