Design Space Instructions

Download and Prepare the SVG File

Download the free Jewelry Holder SVG. Once downloaded, extract the ZIP file to access the SVG and accompanying files. If the SVG appears as an HTML icon, rest assured it will upload correctly to Cricut Design Space.

Upload and Adjust in Cricut Design Space

Open Cricut Design Space and upload the Jewelry Holder SVG file from your downloads folder.
Ensure the design height is set to 11 inches by checking the lock proportion setting.
Right-click the design and select “Ungroup.”

Cutting Your Materials

Select the material setting for Light Cardstock (65 lb).
Load the scoring stylus into Clamp A and your light grip mat into the machine.
Place your cardstock on the mat and cut the layers one by one. Flip the mat over when removing your cardstock to prevent curling.
For the heart window, cut the acetate layer on the same cardstock setting. It works perfectly!

Assemble the Jewelry Holder

Step 1: Fold and Glue

Fold along the score lines for the pocket. Use a straight edge for precise folds.
Apply a thin layer of glue around the heart window and attach the acetate piece. Let it dry completely.

Step 2: Attach the Scalloped Frame

Apply small dabs of glue around the scalloped heart frame and place it on the front side of the pocket.

Step 3: Add Jewelry Inserts

Use the jewelry inserts to attach your earrings, necklace, or bracelet. Slide the earring posts or necklace chain into the provided slits.

Step 4: Close the Pocket

Fold the flaps clockwise, tucking in the last one to secure the pocket. If necessary, add a small piece of tape to keep the jewelry in place.
