Assemble Money Sleeve
Cut out your layers Cardstock +, or a custom setting if you are using a special type of paper. I chose to use cardstock for my Happy Halloween text, because I am using glitter cardstock for my sleeve and I don’t think vinyl would stick very well to the glitter. However, if you are using regular cardstock for the sleeve, vinyl is ideal for the top layers. Use Bearly Art glue to adhere the text to the glitter money sleeve.
Next, fold over the score lines on all sides, to the inside of the sleeve.
Apply Bearly Art glue to the 3 tabs on the back sleeve panel. Layer the top cover over, so the opening flap is on the side with the half circle tab.

You may need to hold it together with claps or lay something heavy on top until it dries. Glitter cardstock takes a little bit longer to dry.
After it is done drying, you are all set to use your Halloween Money Sleeve!! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial! Check out my other Halloween themed money sleeves below!

I wish you could do a Father’s Day money sleeve holder like the mother’s day 1.
