In this post, I will give you basic instruction on how to make my Teddy Bear gift card holder SVG, using Cricut Design Space. I love to design Cricut gift card holders, there’s so many special occasions you can make them for!
Teddy Bear Gift Card Holder Supplies:
- Cricut Machine
- Cardstock 65lb
- Teddy Bear Gift Card Holder SVG
- Bearly Art Glue
- Cricut Scraper
Design Space Instructions
After you have my Teddy Bear SVG downloaded, upload it to Cricut Design Space. If you need help locating the SVG File Type, please read FAQ Page.
Add the Teddy Bear SVG to your canvas, make sure it uploaded the correct size of 5.65 inches in width. Next, ungroup the SVG and delete the pair of eyes you do not need. You can also select layers and change the color if you prefer.
Now, you can attach the half circle cut lines to the teddy bear layer.
You can select all layers and click duplicate to create another set in a different color. Make sure to SAVE your project, so you don’t have to repeat the steps.
Cut out each layer on Cardstock+. Make sure to flip over your mat and bend it back to remove your cardstock. This helps keep your cardstock straight.
Assemble Teddy Bear Gift Card Holder
Once you have all the pieces cut out, you can begin to assemble your teddy bear gift card holder. Use the Bearly Art craft glue to apply the light brown cut out to the from of the teddy bear.
Next, apply the hear balloon shape to the heart on a stick shape. Add a small amount of glue to the back of the stick on the bottom and at the edge of the balloon, where it sticks to the side of the teddy bear’s face.
After it is done drying for a few minutes, you can slip in the gift card, staring at the top of the hands and slips into the feet.
And that’s it! So, easy to make an adorable teddy bear gift card holder for Valentine’s Day! Please leave a comment down below, and let me know what you this of this little guy! I hope you enjoy, thanks for crafting with me! See more Valentine’s Day crafts by me!
