Free Kindergarten Graduation Printable Smarties Candy

Hey there, my daughter just graduated kindergarten, and we made these cute congratulations kinder grad printable for her classmates.  We used the Smarties Candy that you can get a bag of 25 for just a dollar!  We wanted to make their day a little more special without breaking the bank.  It’s an inexpensive gift for kindergarten students, plus my daughter and I had fun putting them together! Also, their teacher was very happy for the donation!

You can make them with your cutting machine or without!

Print then Cut

Now you can make them too for your little graduate and their classmates.  Below you can download the Kinder Grad printable, it comes as a PNG image to use as a Print then Cut.   These, You Are Such A Smartie Printable, are 4×4 inches, and I made 30 of them using 15 sheets of white cardstock (8.5×11).

No Cutting Machine

I also include a printable JPEG image to make 4 to a page. You will have to cut those out by hand and use glue or washi tape to adhere the candy to the card. You can make 28 cards with only 7 sheets of paper.

Supplies:

• printer
• Smarties Candy
• glue/tape
• Cricut machine (optional)

Please download the free kindergarten graduate printable below using the pink download button.  If you need help to unzip the file, please read through or watch my videos HERE.  Next, upload the PNG image to Cricut Design Space.  Choose Complex image and click continue. You won’t need to edit this image so click continue again.  Save it as a Print then Cut image.

Resize the image to 4×4 inches to be the perfect size for the Smarties Candy.  Next, I copied and pasted it to get 2 to a sheet.

Then, you can send it to mat and click continue.  I left on bleed and turned on Use System Dialog.  I changed my printer settings to a high quality print on plain paper.  Input however many pages you need to print and then click Print.

I only had one mat and I printed the same mat 15 times.  After I had them all printed out, I started to cut one by one, right after another. It was pretty easy this way than duplicating the image 30 times in Design Space and having 15 mats to cut. Because you would have to print one sheet then cut, print one sheet then cut, and so on.

 

As I was cutting, I had my daughter, who loves to help, insert the Smarties Candy into the holes.  She even made sure the logo was showing and not upside-down.

The Cricut had no problem cutting out my graduation printable.  They are even cuter in person!
